Our Survival Rice is specially aged to a specific length of time and double vacuum sealed for extended shelf life, taste and nutrient retention. If stored in vacuum packs in sealed containers it can be preserved for 30 years at 40F (4.4 Celsius) or 20 years at 77F (25 Celsius) in a kitchen pantry in room temperature. You can add salt, oil or seasoning to taste while rice is cooking. Goes exceptionally well with vegetables or meat. Can be cooked without pre-soaking as well and served without oil or seasoning.
